My laptop crashed on a Friday night and although I was freaking out, the manager Scott made me feel at-ease over the phone and walked me through possible causes. Once I dropped it off, they communicated with me throughout the process, calling me and giving me updates along the way. They even installed a memory card that I had ordered in the mail, free of charge. They are extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in Philadelphia with computer issues.
