If this guy is on your back, it is best just to give him what he wants. We have serviced the technical needs of the 12th Street Gym for over 25 years, and I have not noticed a decrease in Rick's energy level at all. He has acually gone through two generations of computer techs. A great person to have on your side. I would not want to have him not on our side though. Hopefully we can keep him happy with timely and responsive computer repair - so far -so good
